This policy explains how Jantan Sehat, based at Jl. Diponegoro No. 15, Darmo, Wonokromo, Surabaya, 60241, Indonesia, handles personal data collected through jantansehat.com. It covers what we collect, why we collect it, how long we keep it, and how you can ask us to change or remove it.

What arrives when you write to us
When you use the contact form, send an order enquiry, or email us, we collect the details you provide: your name, email address, phone number if you give one, your city, and the content of your message. Our web server also records standard technical data such as IP address, browser type, and the pages you visited.
If your message is about natural supplements for men, vitamins and minerals for men, or an order enquiry for our natural capsules for strength and vitality, we keep your words as you wrote them so a colleague can answer the same question you asked, not a rewritten version of it.

Why we collect it
Your details have one job: answer you
We use your contact details to answer your enquiry, confirm stock and pricing, and arrange delivery if you place an order. Technical data helps us keep the site working and understand which pages visitors find useful. We do not use your data for automated decision-making or profiling.
Nothing here is used to build a profile of you, and we do not run advertising audiences from the names and numbers you send us.
Legal basis and consent
We process your data to respond to a request you made, to fulfil an order, and to meet our record-keeping obligations under Indonesian law. Where consent is required, we ask for it directly. You can withdraw consent at any time by writing to [email protected].
Withdrawing consent stops future use. It does not remove records we are still obliged to keep, and it does not undo an order already on its way to you.

Who else sees your details
We share delivery details with the courier handling your order, and payment details with the bank or payment channel you use. We do not sell personal data, and we do not share it with advertising networks. If a supplier needs to ship directly to you, we pass only the details required for delivery.
What leaves our hands
If you order healthy lifestyle products from us and a supplier handles the dispatch, you will still see Jantan Sehat as the seller on your confirmation, and our team remains the one you write to if something looks wrong.
How long we keep data
Two clocks, not one
The 24-month window exists so we can refer back to earlier conversations, for example when someone returns to ask about men's vitamin supplements they discussed with us last year, or wants a second look at popular products for men they ordered before. After that window the messages are deleted rather than archived.

Who inside the team can open the file

In practice that means an order enquiry reaching the person who confirms stock, not the whole office, and a question about energy and endurance supplements being answered by whoever handles that range that week.
See it, correct it, or ask us to delete it
You can ask to see the personal data we hold about you, request corrections, or ask us to delete it where no legal obligation requires us to keep it. Write to [email protected] with your request. We will respond within a reasonable period and may ask you to confirm your identity before acting.
